TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: TAX ACCOUNTANT

TEAMBPLUS is looking for a company specializing in business management and administration:

Vacant Position : TAX-ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN. (2 vacancies).

Location : Barcelona / Madrid.

Bcn 08013, Barcelona.

Madrid 28037 Madrid.

Hours : Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (possibility of 2 days of teleworking).

Description and Functions :

• Account analysis, accounting records, VAT returns (form 303), IAE and IS returns for entrepreneurs, SMEs, self-employed workers and individuals.
• Corporate tax (form 200), Completion of social security in the Siltr@ System, Management of the official Hda Y Contrat@ and Certific@ website, Red and Winsuite Systems, Personal Income Tax.
• Successions and Donations, Information declarations, Preparation of quotes.
• Collection and management of unpaid debts, Payments to national and foreign suppliers by transfer or check
• Treasury control, Remittance management, Collection and payment control.
• Bank reconciliation of clients and suppliers.
• Declaration of Operations with Third Parties (form 347).
• Credit card control.
• billing (issuing, accounting and delivery to customers) and relationship with banks.
• Settlement and filing of monthly and quarterly taxes.
• Management of AEAT and Social Security requirements.
• Preparation and presentation of annual accounts, Management and updating of accounting books
• Annual accounts.
• Request for digital certificate.
• Control of electronic notifications.
• Clients report that they are up to date with the Treasury.

Requirements :

• Degree in Economics/Business Administration, CFGS Administration and Finance, FP II Business Administration.
• Previous experience in management, advisory and/or specialized consulting is valuable.
• Knowledge and handling of A3, SAGE, HOLDED or similar systems, Excel (medium-high level).

Salary :
