Vacant Position : SELECTION, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location : Martorell.

Reports to : HR Department.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Description and Functions :

  • Establish internal guidelines and procedures related to selection and new recruits, as well as management of external service providers.
  • Establish the DPTs for new jobs following the guidelines of the linked ISO Standard.
  • Manage teams of technical personnel in Selection and Training.
  • Identification of training needs: work on identifying training needs, developing a skills development plan, preparing customized budgets, and selecting specific suppliers.
  • Report to the HR Department of the plant and group regarding the Selection, Training and Development area.
  • Participate in the allocation of training projects tailored to each need and group to be trained (suppliers, budgets, FUNDAE, etc.).
  • Serve as an ambassador for best practices in the area of Selection and Training and manage the technical team in charge (selection and training technicians).

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Economics, or specialized studies in the area of Human Resources.
  • Knowledge and experience as a selection/training area manager, a specialist in these areas in companies in the industrial and/or automotive sectors.
  • High level of Catalan and medium-high English.
  • IT: Office suite. (Knowledge of HR ERPs is a plus).
  • Residence in Martorell or Castellbisbal (or Baix Llobregat or Vallès Occidental.).
