Vacant Position : MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN.

Dependency on : MAINTENANCE.

Location : Polinyà del Vallès.

Hours : Rotating shifts M/T/N (night from Sunday to Thursday). 2 weeks in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, 2 at night and start again. You work 1 Saturday every 4.

Description and Functions : Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and facilities, applying the philosophy of continuous improvement of assembly lines, injection and other areas of the plant.

1.- Solve existing problems in assembly lines, injection and other areas of daily life. Repair machine breakdowns that cause stoppage in an assembly line, injection and other areas.

2.- Maintenance and repair of Magna's general facilities.

3.- Preventive Maintenance: preventively review and maintain assembly lines, injection machines and facilities.

4.- Improve assembly lines, injection machines. Apply the philosophy of continuous improvement to assembly and/or injection machines, taking safety, ergonomics and optimization into account.

5.- In case of application of the emergency plan, he will be a member of the support team. Respect and comply with the plant's emergency action plan.

6.- Responsible for the order and cleanliness of his workplace.

Requirements :

• Training – FP II or CFGS (Electronic specialty or mechanical knowledge).
• Professional Experience: 3 years of experience in the automotive sector in the maintenance area.
• Valuable knowledge of PLC, and control sensors (magnetic detectors, inductors, capacitive, etc.), and knowledge of pneumatic tools (screwdrivers, valves, etc.) and additional training on electrical risks, preventive resources, etc.

Salary : between 35K-37K BA + variables.

Plus night €2.16/hour and Extra Saturday.
