TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: ROBOTIC TECHNICIAN (KUKA).

TEAMBPLUS is looking for a company specializing in the manufacture of high-quality and precision metal assemblies, components and parts. Services range from design to production, using processes such as punching, laser cutting, bending, curving, rolling, welding, finishing and treatments.

Job Opening: Robotics Welding Technician.

Location : GRANOLLERS.

Reports to : Welding Operations Manager.

Schedule: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts. (Starts with a fixed morning shift, with the possibility of change).

Description and Functions :

• Operate and monitor welding robots. KUKA.
• Manage technical and material resources to ensure the correct manufacturing of products.
• Receive work orders (ORTs)
• Monitoring work orders based on available resources
• Control times during the process
• Make basic adjustments and corrections to the programming to ensure weld quality.
• Perform visual and functional inspections of welded parts.
• Correct execution of the ORTs ensuring that they meet the quality objectives
• Comply with established safety, quality and production standards.
• Document activities performed and production records in the corresponding system. Perform basic preventive maintenance on robots and associated equipment.
• Check the stock of tools.
• Proper management of tools in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Specialized training in Preventive Maintenance of robotic equipment.
• Knowledge and experience with KUKA Robot Programming.
• Knowledge of MIG/MAG and TIG welding.
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting welding plans and symbols (ISO).
• Proficiency and handling of measuring equipment.
• Experience in a similar position of more than 5 years.
