Vacant Position : QUALITY MANAGER.

Location : Banyeres del Penedès (Tarragona).

Reports to : Plant Manager.

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (flexibility of arrivals and departures). Timely teleworking.

Description and Functions :

As head of the quality area in our center, you will have contact with all the group's counterpart departments, clients, suppliers and associates, mainly performing the following functions:

- Guarantee the requirements of standards and regulations in food safety (Food Defense).

- Ensure compliance with the company's quality system (BRC/PPM).

- Promote quality culture in the company in all departments and levels.

- Ensure regulatory requirements (European regulation 10/2011).

- Guarantee quality control in the plant and establish the quality policy.

- Lead the multidisciplinary team to assess the HARA/APPC according to the BRC/PPM standard

- Be responsible for the fraud management team.

- Carry out the management of food withdrawal.

Requirements :

- University training in chemical, industrial, quality management or similar branches.

- Previous experience in the area of quality in the packaging and/or food sector in a position similar to the one offered.

- Experience with food regulations (preferably BRC).

- Guidance to internal and external customers.

- Spoken and written English (French valuable).

- Knowledge of SAP will be positively valued.

- Residence near Banyeres el Penedès.

- Possibility of traveling to France sporadically (Group Companies headquarters).
