TEAMBPLUS is looking for a property management company with communities located in Sabadell and the Vallès Occidental region.

Vacant Position : Property Manager.

Dependency of : Management.

Location : Sabadell.

Opening hours : Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 8pm, Friday from 9am to 2pm (August 9am to 3pm).

Functions :

• Direct contact with neighborhood communities: Contracting services, managing new budgets, and renovations.
• Preparation of budgets for services required by each community and situation: renovations, construction, maintenance, collective repairs, etc.
• Supervising an incident manager.
• Incident monitoring and control, follow-ups, suppliers.

Requirements :

• Training in Administrative FPII or Higher Studies.
• Valuable experience as a Property Manager.
• Knowledge of Adminet software is valued.
• Demonstrable professional experience in dealing with clients, managing budgets, suppliers, and/or administration.
• Advanced level of Catalan.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word.
