TEAMBPLUS IS LOOKING FOR A COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION:

Vacant Position : PAYROLL TECHNICIAN.

Location : Barcelona.

Hours : Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (2 days of remote work possible).

Description and Functions :

  • Management and preparation of the payroll of assigned clients.
  • Gather banking information to set up direct deposit and initiate deposits on paydays
  • Tracking and Maintaining Payroll Taxes, Benefits, and Other Factors
  • Process and monitor garnishment orders and other issues affecting payroll calculation specifications
  • Maintain and document all payroll records
  • Conduct audits requested by clients regarding payroll.
  • Detect and process issues related to unpaid payroll and manage any incidents that may arise.
  • Customer service and resolution of questions regarding payroll and related matters.
  • In the event of a client's ERE or ERTE (temporary layoff plan). Management, monitoring, and preparation of documentation and associated procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Labor Relations / Economics / Business Administration, CFGS Administration and Finance, FP II Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in management, consulting and/or specialized consulting is valuable.
  • Knowledge and handling of A3, SAGE, HOLDED or other similar systems, Excel (medium-high level).
  • Medium-high level of Catalan and English.
  • Residence in Barcelona (city).

Salary :

  • 30K Gross Annual Salary. (12 Payments).
