TEAMBPLUS SEARCH for automotive sector plant.

Vacant position : RESPONSIBLE FOR HUMAN RESOURCES.

Location : Figueruelas (Zaragoza).

Reports to : CEO and Corporate HR.

Mission : The plant human resources manager has ultimate responsibility for all human resource related matters, in close cooperation with the plant manager and the plant management team.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexibility of entries and exits).

Description and Functions :

  • Respond to the needs of the plant by applying the necessary HR policies, such as implementing HR policies ensuring the standardization of processes. Plan and organize the strategic development of human capital (organization chart, DPT's, job evaluation…).
  • Detect plant needs at the personnel level, work calendars, internal regulations on schedules, reception plans, social benefits.
  • Cover plant needs at recruitment and selection level.
  • Manage and promote the training and development of plant employees with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of the company and plant in Figueruelas.
  • Ensure evaluation of training programs, compliance with related KPI's, management of the annual training credit and search for state and regional subsidies for training actions.
  • Manage and take care of the labor relations of the organization of the plant, a key process in Labor Relations.
  • Ensure that the management of PRL, procedures, standards, instructions, control possible work accidents, monitor for the control and reduction of risks of PRL linked to the plant is carried out correctly.
  • Inform employees of the legal health, hygiene and safety regulations and control, together with the specialized ORP technician, compliance with it.
  • Prepare the annual Budget for personnel, training, PRL and general expenses related to personnel and the Figueruelas plant.

Requirements :

  • University Training: Psychology or Psychopedagogy.
  • Valuable experience in a similar position with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience. Experience with management of company committees, remuneration policy and specialized training plans.
  • Languages: Spanish and high-advanced English (essential).
  • Knowledge of computer tools tailored to the HR and office automation area.
