TEAMBPLUS SELECTION: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

TEAMBPLUS IS LOOKING FOR A PLANT IN THE AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR.

Vacant Position : HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER.

Location : Figueruelas (Zaragoza).

Reports to : CEO and Corporate HR.

Mission : The Plant Human Resources Director has ultimate responsibility for all matters related to human resources, in close cooperation with the Plant Manager and the Plant Management Team.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Description and Functions :

• Comply with company guidelines and procedures regarding team and employee management and Labor Relations.
• Provide support in the implementation of Labor Relations and PSSL policies in the workforce and management of specialized equipment.
• Work to ensure the quality of HR processes as governed by ISO standards and specific to the automotive sector.
• Manage the Selection, Training, and Development area of the plant located in the province of Zaragoza, and manage customized suppliers.
• Managing the department's human resources, ensuring their ongoing personal and professional development.

Requirements :

• Training in Economics, Law, or Psychology with complementary studies in HR, Labor Relations, HR Analytics, and Compensation Policies.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus, with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in a company in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of standard 16949 is valued.
• Experience with management of works councils, compensation policies, and specialized training plans.
• Languages: Spanish and advanced English (essential).
• Knowledge of IT tools tailored to HR and office automation.
