TEAMPLUS LOOKS FOR a company specialized in supplies of material for industrial installations.

Vacant Position : DRAFTSMAN / DESIGNER

Unit of : Facilities Engineer (Engineering area).

Location : Barberà del Valles. (Headquarters Catalonia).

Residence : Vallès Oriental-Occidental.

Hours : Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Description and Functions :

Integrated in the Engineering department, its functions will be:

• Design of plans for electrical and mechanical installations, mainly for HVAC (dimensioned layout of pipes and ducts), diagrams of aeraulic and hydraulic principles.
• Carrying out measurements of projects/facilities offers.
• Prepare drawings of the facilities in which to work.
• Realization of plans for air conditioning projects: layouts, routing of ducts, routing of pipes.
• Work tailored to each client's need in support of the engineering area, with occasional visits to clients as an advisor.

Requirements :

• Intermediate Technical Degree in Projects and/or Higher Degree as Project Draftsman.
• Experience of 3 years in a similar position accredited, and valuable in a facilities company.
• Profile with experience as a Facilities Project Draftsman (Air conditioning (HVAC), Electricity, Plumbing, etc.)
• Ability to work under estimated deadlines.
• Knowledge and experience in BIM and/or REVIT, AUTOCAD domain and Office package.
• Driving license and own vehicle.
