TEAMBPLUS is seeking a Dental Prosthesis Laboratory, whose main objective is to be a leader in digital prosthetics, producing top-quality prosthetics using CAD/CAM capabilities.

Vacant Position : DENTAL LABORATORY ADMINISTRATIVE.

Dependency of : MANAGEMENT.

Location : Barcelona. (08006, Gracia District).

Hours : Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm/6pm.

Functions :

• Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries with customers.
• Management via VEVI DENTAL software.
• Administrative management associated with order preparation and customer service.
• Request quotes and validation from suppliers together with Management.
• Preparation of documentation associated with each client and supplier. Control of physical and virtual files.
• Recording work orders, task assignments, and projects by prosthetist and client in the operating system and CRM.
• Control delivery times with customers and telephone support.

Requirements :

• Training: Higher Degree in Dental Prosthesis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Laboratory Administrator and Dental Prosthetist and as an Administrator in specialized laboratories.
• Experience and mastery of VEVI DENTAL software.
• Advanced knowledge of dental materials (CAD/CAM, Exocad, 3shape or Blender) is a plus.
• High level of Catalan: spoken and written.

Salary : 25K BA.
