TEAMBPLUS is looking for a company in the construction sector.

Vacancy : Construction Manager.

Department of : DIRECTORATE.

Location : Sabadell.

Schedule : Split shift from Monday to Thursday (8am to 6pm) and intensive Friday until 2:30pm.

Functions : Coordination and Control of Works located in Sabadell or Vallès Occidental. (new construction and renovations).

- The coordination and organization of the "industrialists". Assignment of works or renovations and direct supervision.

- Coordination of construction personnel schedules and assignments. Review of tasks.

- Site visits and monitoring of variations and changes in the personnel involved.

- Collaboration with the technical office in the analysis of received projects and request for budgets from suppliers, and in the control of supplier budgets and awards.

Requirements :

• Training – Technical Architecture.
• Professional Experience: 5 years of experience in the construction sector and similar position and visiting construction sites.
• Native/advanced level of Catalan: Customer management and official documentation for the Generalitat.
• Knowledge of Office Automation and Presto.
• High level of Catalan (spoken and written - document management for public bodies in Catalan and dealing with external clients in Catalan).
• Driver's license.
