TEAM PLUS SELECTION: TOOL MAKER

TEAMBPLUS IS LOOKING for a plant in the automotive sector.

Job Opening : TOOL MAKER.

Location : Figueruelas (Zaragoza).

Reports to : Tool and Die Manager.

Schedule:   Rotating M/T/N shifts change weekly. Availability to work extra shifts on Friday nights and Saturday mornings and afternoons.

Mission: To perform adjustments and repairs on dies. To maintain machines and tools in good working order, following the quality and occupational risk prevention standards set by the company.

Description and Functions :

• Perform the necessary repairs and adjustments to the matrices.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of the matrices.
• Perform corrective actions on the die during stamping tests to ensure that the parts are produced according to the plans and following quality standards.
• Perform tests on the repaired dies in the press, stamping a certain number of pieces to verify if the repair has been successful.
• Keep the tools and machinery used in good condition.
• Identify the probable causes of die failures by observing the sharpness and dimensions of the punch and anvil, and the thickness of the material to be worked.

Requirements :

• Specialized training in Mechanical Manufacturing.
• 10 years of experience in machining and manufacturing of molds or dies is essential.
• IMPORTANT: Experience in a similar position in Cold Stamping processes.
• Languages: Spanish.
