TEAM PLUS SELECTION: QUALITY MANAGER

TEAMBPLUS is looking for a company specializing in the food sector.

Job Opening : QUALITY MANAGER.

Location : Ballobar (Huesca).

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.

Description and Functions : Work in the management of Quality and Environmental Management Systems at the Ballobar plant. The focus is on establishing robust procedures that guarantee the high quality of our products in a competitive environment. Collaborate closely with other departments to foster cooperation and continuous improvement.

Specific duties include:

• Manage the HACCP system at the Ballobar plant and ensure the highest quality standards in the products.
• Improve and maintain Quality and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain certifications (FSSC 22000; ISO 14001, HALAL, SAE) and ensure readiness for audits at all times.
• Support and develop the skills and competencies of the direct team, fostering the culture and responsibility of GBFoods.
• Interact with authorities and respond effectively to customer requirements and audits.
• Participate in the development of new products, ensuring the early identification and mitigation of food safety risks.
• Apply strategic thinking to align quality and environmental objectives with the company's overall goals.
• Promote a global vision, integrating international standards, sustainability goals and intercultural awareness into daily operations.
• Manage a team of 12 people under your supervision.

Requirements :

• Studies: Higher Engineering in Biology (or related topics in food).
• High level of English: a minimum of B2 is required. (related to the Europe and, especially, Africa division).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position with prior experience in quality support. (recent experiences must be demonstrable).
• Knowledge of ERPs specialized in the area and sector is a plus.
• Residence near Ballobar or nearby.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.
• Joining January 2026.
