TEAMBPLUS is looking for Property Managers for a company with communities located in Sabadell and the Vallès Occidental region.

Job Opening : Property Manager.

Department of : Directorate.

Location : Sabadell.

Opening hours : Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 2pm (August 9am to 3pm).

Functions :

• Direct dealings with residents' associations: Contracting services, managing new budgets, renovations.
• Preparation of budgets for services required by each community and situation: renovations, works, maintenance, collective repairs…
• Supervision of an incident manager.
• Supervision and control of incidents, follow-ups, suppliers.

Requirements :

• Training in Administrative FPII or Higher Studies.
• Experience as a Property Manager is a plus.
• Knowledge of Adminet software is a plus.
• Demonstrable professional experience in customer service, budget management, supplier management and/or administrative tasks.
• Advanced level of Catalan.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word.

Salary : 30K-35K BA.
