TEAM PLUS SELECTION: MAINTENANCE MANAGER

TEAMBPLUS is looking for a meat industry company located in the Osona region specializing in pork processing.

Job Opening : MAINTENANCE MANAGER.

Location : Manlleu.

Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and then it will change to 4am to 12pm.

Description and Functions :

• Working towards continuous improvement, with proper maintenance of generic plant facilities and production plant.
• Lead the comprehensive maintenance of the plant: machinery, facilities and auxiliary services.
• Proper use of company materials and machinery with thorough monitoring of everything and ensuring proper maintenance and operation.
• Plan and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and regulations in a regulated environment (food industry).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives: root cause analysis, downtime reduction, standardization and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate across departments with Production, Quality, and Operations.
• Manage the team of technical staff in charge and any external services that may be required in some actions and interventions.

Requirements:

• Vocational training (intermediate or advanced level) in Industrial Maintenance and specialization in Electricity/Electromechanics.

- Experience in maintenance of electrical and mechanical machinery in the meat industry, accredited for 5 to 10 years.

• Residence in the Osona region.
• Valid pallet truck license.
• Languages: Spanish / Catalan, high level spoken and written.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.

• 42-45K Gross Annual.
