SELECTION: TRADE MARKETING

TEAMPLUS IS LOOKING FOR a company that produces tableware/home/garden products with the latest generation materials.

Vacant Position : TRADE & COMMUNICATION MARKETING.

Location : Montornès del Vallès (Barcelona).

Reports to : Marketing Director.

Mission : Ensure the correct set-up of the product in large sales areas, advising and providing ideas that favor the positioning of sales.

Hours: Monday to Thursday departure and Friday intensive day.

Description and Functions :

- Control and coordination of marketing strategies and those of clients (together with the sales team).

- Forecast and analysis of sales of clients with whom trade marketing programs are agreed according to investment scenarios.

- Analysis of the evolution of the distribution.

- Coordinate promotional activity and advertising.

- Provide support to the commercial team through the development and management of point of sale material (Displays, posters, linear strips, etc...).

- Analysis of the profitability of the actions carried out (ROI).

- Development of proposals for implementation in the linear through the elaboration of planograms.

- Release support.

- Negotiation with suppliers and management of the annual budget.

- Control and management of stock levels of POS material.

- Support in attendance at fairs for the creation of the stand and the material to be exhibited.

- Definition and implementation of the annual communication plan (online and offline).

- Coordination of Always On communication in own social networks through contracted agencies.

- Development of the communication plan for launches and creative agency coordination.

- Monitoring and analysis of media investment (ROI).

- Maintenance and management of website changes.

Requirements :

• University education linked to Marketing.
• Valuable complementary training linked to the area of Point of Sale Manager, Trade Marketing, External Communication, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position is desirable.
• Languages: Native Spanish and English medium-high level valuable.
• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Knowledge and management of office automation.
