COMMON SENSE

Common sense, sometimes the least common of all the senses

08/06/2022

Some great characters in history affirm that common sense is the least common of the senses…..but why?

Every human being has it "from the factory" a priori... but do we know how to give it prominence or use it in the best way and/or usefulness?

It is part of the human being and this differentiates us from other primates and human organisms. It is related to the Psyche and this limits us to being considered very very relative and subjective.

In our daily life we constantly make decisions following the so-called common sense….searching for each one of us the order of things or situation or correct sequence of data and actions to reach that end we want.

When a decision is correct… we tend to feel the expression… “it is common sense” … but could someone really tell us how it works?

....I would dare to say that there are as many types of common senses as there are people and psyches.

This is also the result of a computation of previous personal experiences, sensations, intuitions and feelings about what we have in front of us and all of this makes us make a decision or verbalize a position or opinion. Giving it a Sense or orientation or position is part of us and considered Common , since as human and social beings, we share many experiences and feelings, and the position or opinion based on this may be the same for both people.
